Meta Futuristic Augmented Reality Glass-Details
Everyone knows about the Google Glass as a futuristic wearable device. After Google Glass Meta is receiving people’s attention with its features. It is one of the most promising and advanced augmented reality glasses. It appeared in Kickstarted and funded successfully more than the pledged goal.
Like in IronMan movie Robert Downey Jr moving the prototype suite parts using his hands in air, like same way real physical objects are controlled by your hands. According to CEO Meron Gribetz in future laptops, phones and tablets no longer be necessary.
The Meta glasses feature two 1280×720-pixel LCD displays, each with 40 degrees field of view and aligned for stereoscopic 3D, twin RGB cameras, 3D surround sound with Dolby Digital, 3D time of flight depth, and a 9-axis integrated motion unit with accelerometer, gyroscope, and compass.
You can pre order the Meta using official website, the orders will be delivered in January 2015. The MetaPro prototype cost $30,000 to build, in reality market it will be around $3,000.
